I hail from Brittany, France. I've been a native French teacher for over 10 years, reaching students of all ages and levels of the French language. My tutoring sessions encompass French 1 through 4, including conversational French. As a French language tutor, I strive to help each student achieve their potential while building confidence in their skills. Each student that I work with is given a thorough assessment during our first meeting. I consider their personality, strengths, and learning style to develop a tutoring program that works best for their goals. I believe that a good tutor can relate to their students on a personal level. I use a combination of immersion, creativity, and encouragement to develop each student's ability and appreciation of the French language. Language classes provide excellent opportunities for cultural enrichment. My students are encouraged to embrace all aspects of the French language, including the culture, art, and history. I can help students prepare for travel, build professional skills, and bolster their performance on language standardized exams. Outside of tutoring French students, I enjoy learning new foreign languages and spending time outdoors. My favorite physical activities include camping, bike touring, hiking, and canoeing. I also enjoy playing competitive tennis.
